Order Processing
Most confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment confirmation, where applicable.
During peak seasons, festivals, sale periods, or high-demand periods, processing may take 3-5 business days.
Orders may be delayed if customer details, address, payment, or stock availability need additional confirmation.
Delivery Locations
DreamzWear currently focuses on shipping within India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for the customer's PIN code.
If a location is not serviceable, DreamzWear may contact the customer to cancel the order, update the address, or suggest another available option.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
Remote areas, festival seasons, weather disruptions, strikes, courier delays, or other events outside our control may increase delivery time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, packaging charges, or other applicable charges may vary based on order value, location, weight, courier method, or active offers.
Any applicable charges will be shown during checkout before the order is placed.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, tracking details may be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order tracking page, depending on the courier and platform flow.
Customers can contact DreamzWear support if they need help tracking an order.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including name, phone number, address, city, state, PIN code, and any useful landmark.
DreamzWear is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer details.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once depending on their process. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to DreamzWear.
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed COD delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items
If an item arrives damaged, wrong, defective, or materially different from the order, contact DreamzWear within 72 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photos, packaging photos, and unboxing video if available.
Such cases will be handled according to the DreamzWear Return & Exchange Policy.
Cash On Delivery
If Cash on Delivery is available, customers are expected to provide accurate contact details and accept delivery when the courier arrives.
Repeated refusal or failed COD delivery may affect future COD eligibility.
International Shipping
DreamzWear does not currently offer standard international shipping through the website unless specifically confirmed by us before order placement.
