Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information and accept delivery when the order arrives.

For apparel, fit and appearance may vary by body type, styling, fabric, and personal preference. Preference-based returns are not accepted. Exchanges, where available, are subject to the DreamzWear Return & Exchange Policy.

DreamzWear does not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, color preference, size preference, styling preference, or if the customer no longer needs the item after delivery.

Returns or replacements are considered only for damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different items, subject to the policy terms, timelines, and inspection.
